📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY As of 6:00 PM, April 13, 2026 After several hours of service interruption, we are pleased to inform the public that the Online Health Card Appointment System is now back online. Our Internet Service Provider began resolving a technical issue earlier today at around 4:00 AM and has since restored connectivity. However, due to damage affecting their ICT infrastructure, intermittent instability may still be experienced while ongoing repairs are being completed. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as services continue to normalize. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued support.

SM CITY CLARK SATELLITE OFFICE until June 30, 2026

This is to inform the general public that the operations at SM City Clark Satellite Office Health ID issuance is until June 30, 2026 only. All booked clients beyond June 30, 2026 are advised to cancel their appointments are re-book at the EHS Main Office, 3rd Floor, City Hall Bldg. Your usual cooperation is highly appreciated.
